Born and raised in Wintergreen, Virginia, and now a full-time resident of Stoney Creek, he knows firsthand what draws people here—and what makes it such a great place to call home.

Before real estate, Wayne worked in the commercial electrical field with experience in project management and estimating, building a reputation for precision, reliability, and problem-solving—qualities that carry through in how he works with clients today.
Outside of real estate, Wayne and his family enjoy everything the area has to offer—from hiking and golf to exploring local wineries and breweries.
