About Kate
Kate grew up in Nelson County, immersed in a lifestyle rich with hiking, skiing, and canoeing. Her upbringing was deeply entrenched in the real estate business and building trades, influenced by her father, the first sales agent at Wintergreen before the roads were put in. This early exposure naturally paved her path. After earning a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia, Kate spent 10 years in Montana, honing her skills in architecture and interior design, followed by high-end hospitality management at a prestigious private ski and golf club. Drawn back to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Kate became a sales director with a Charlottesville hospitality group, specializing in upscale vacation rentals and wine tours.
Embracing her family's real estate legacy is an ideal fit, where her success speaks volumes as a top agent in the area. Kate’s passion for assisting buyers and sellers is evident through her track record and her comprehensive experience in sales, marketing, and design; her clients value her dedication, empathy, and sincerity.
